We are looking for a sales achiever for the role of New England Territory Manager to increase our sales revenues and develop customer relationships with our retail partners in the New England territory including states: MA, CT, RI, ME, NH and VT.

In this role, we seek outstanding organizational, planning and sales skills. We expect you to be goal driven and an excellent communicator who understands customer needs and can identify growth opportunities. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers are happy and engaged with our products and brand and search for ways to further develop our business and grow sales with our retail partners in the New England states.

Plus-Plus USA is the exclusive distributor of Plus-Plus toys in the United States with offices in Greenville, SC and Akron, OH. The role of the New England Territory Manager will be a remote position residing within the territory and with regular required travel and easy access to all the New England states.

Territory Manager Job Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing network of retail customers to grow sales and revenue.
  • Meet with customers to review opportunities, address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Present products and merchandising solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • Re-engage and reactivate relationships with former retail partners.
  • Discover new sales opportunities through research within various sales channels including toy stores, gifts shops, book stores, tourism shops, museums, zoos, aquariums, grocery and others.
  • Cold-call prospective customers to grow retail account base.
  • Effectively plan travel for account coverage and prospecting within defined territory.
  • Meet with customers to review sell-through, opportunities, merchandising, address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to cultivate customer relationships and discover new potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales goals and objectives.

Compensation includes base salary, commissions, bonus program, benefits, car allowance and travel expenses. Salary level determined by prior experience and responsibilities.
