Network Security Engineer (US Citizen)

We design and implement network and security technologies for organizations. As part of this team, you will help choose the right IT tools to maximize the effectiveness of deployed defenses and rapidly troubleshoot impacted systems.

What you’ll achieve
As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining & managing network security infrastructures. You will work with our internal customers and partners to provide support related to security devices.
You will:
- Work on Management and Incident Management issues and will manage overall network security infrastructure Operations
- Provide on-call technical support (L2 / L3) for Cyber managed infrastructure & products, including firewalls, proxies, and remote access gateways
- Deploy, maintain & manage network security infrastructures
- Participate in security projects, customer engagements or business processes

Essential Requirements
- US Citizenship is Required
- 5-10 years’ experience in a technical support (L2/L3) role for cyber managed infrastructure & products (firewalls, proxies and remote access gateways)
- Experience with Skyhigh Cloud, McAfee Web Gateway and/or McAfee Client Proxy
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL
Desirable Requirements
- Palo Alto experience; PCNSE or PCNSA certification highly desired
