MUST HAVE SKILLS

Most Important: - Minimum 2 years previous experience with Verizon hicaps either in engineering provisioning construction or project management.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Experience in various Verizon systems including vBuild TIRKS material inventory systems CCP Requestnet CoFEE/UUI

- Project management experience

- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

JOB DUTIES:

This position will project manage all Hicap Work Requests in a geographic area that require Engineering Work Orders EWOs.

This involves ensuring customer requirements are complete the EWO prints are issued the job is scheduled the materials are received and construction is working on the job.

Milestone dates for the Hicap order must be tracked and updated in the vBuild system.

If projects are not on track assist in removing roadblocks and escalate if necessary.
