Job Description
  • As a NetSuite subject matter expert, provide NetSuite expertise related to application architecture, data quality, integration, security, technology, mobile, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with business owners and technical team to understand business requirements, create process flows, design, develop, test and document solutions.
  • In alignment with SDLC processes, identify, recommend, and deliver value-add solutions across the finance application platform.
  • Recommend platform application technologies to solve complicated business requirements, including assessment of quality, security and compliance
  • Partner with Integration Developers to design and test integrations between NetSuite and other applications utilizing Boomi iPaas
  • Participate in agile application development process, sprint planning, user story creation, story estimation, solution and technical documentation, release planning and post release validation.
  • Document solution release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable delivery manager to release changes to production.

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with NetSuite.
  • Strong experience creating NetSuite reports and saved searches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Experience with bi-directional integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, including Salesforce, using middleware, such as Dell Boomi.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize solutions focused on data quality.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution with agile methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise easy to follow manner is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of core NetSuite lifecycles in a subscription-based SaaS business. (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.)
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
  • Experience with NetSuite technologies, including web services, Suiteflow, SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite Administration, Security Model.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with SOX compliance and requirements
  • Experience with NetSuite scripting
  • Experience with the following NetSuite modules/functionality:
  • Fixed Asset Management (FAM)
  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
  • Dunning
  • Experience with the following applications/tools:
  • OneStream
  • Blackline, Blackline Cash
  • Zephyr
  • Fastpath
  • CPQ Billing
  • Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Experience with Varicent ICM or other Sales Commissioning platforms

Additional Information


DOE, salary $130K - $160K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
