Job Responsibilities

• Receive move orders from inside sales representative or email and review the paperwork for completeness. Ensure that all required documents and necessary information is inputted into Supermove software.
• Call customers at least one week prior to their move to confirm their move date and address the needs of their job.
• Call customers 24 hours prior to their move day to set up arrival time and discuss any other services they need for their move.
• Call customers the day of move to ensure that they are satisfied with the crew and services.
• Assist in ensuring proper billing paperwork is completed and given to the finance department and uploaded to the system.
• Follow up with customer after their move to answer any concerns they may have such as damages or issues with the crew.
• Professional and patient demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Authorized to work legally in the US
• Must be able to work independently, thoroughly and at a fast pace.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
