Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership requirements
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension & brakes
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor team so customers stay informed if additional concerns arise. Provide estimate of time needed for subsequent repairs
• Execute repairs to or exceeding manufacturer specifications
• Involved with installation of performance upgrades and packages
• Saturday work rotation based on season

Qualifications

• Service Technician experience
• Pay increases if you're a MMI, Ohio Tech (PSI), or dealership experience
• Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair experience
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment that changes with the seasons in Wisconsin
• Be a good teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
