Nonprofit Mortgage, a first of its kind lender, seeks loan officers / originators and/or branches to join us. We are looking for a Washington resident "Designated Broker" as defined in the NMLS to establish the state license. Please respond for a confidential interview.

We know of no other company that has the networking power of Nonprofit Mortgage. Yet loan officers are still able to make full commissions.

We now hold licenses in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas and Wisconsin. We hope to be in all states in the next year.

Although we get recognition by being a 501C3 nonprofit and having our own self-funded down payment assistance program, we are a well-rounded lender. Along with the typical loans we have jumbo, reverse, ITIN, 203K rehab, Home Ready and Home Possible programs.

We are currently paying our MLOs commission. Later this year we plan to have some MLOs on salary only while still having others on commission. We will also have full benefits later this year. We do have leads in each state, but ideal candidates will have the ability to self-generate business.
