ODP Architecture and Design provides its clients a full range of professional services including Architecture, Interior Design, Custom Furniture Design, FF&E Selection and Procurement. ODP Architects has partnered with Zaha Hadid Architects (London) to provide services on the 58 story residential tower, “1000 Museum by Zaha Hadid”; Foster and Partners (London, New York and Cupertino) on the 90 Story Brickell Bay Residences and the Aventura Apple Flagship store. Additionally, ODP is Architect of Record for the 58 story Paramount Miami World Center and a number of other South Florida Skyscraper projects with renowned international firms that have yet to be announced.

The position requires 5+ years of experience. (Other positions are available) The position requires experience in the development of design and construction documents from conceptual design through project delivery. Applicants should be able to produce complete Construction Documents coordinating multiple disciplines, including Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, and other consultants as required. Candidates must be able to work independently with professional time management and leadership skills.
Candidates should be proficient in current drafting, modeling, and rendering computer programs such as: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 5.0, Revit, Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite.
Level of Education: Bachelors degree or higher
License is not required but encouraged
