Location: Milford, MA and Millbury, MA. This position will be for our outpatient treatment sites.

Pay rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time. 8-10 hours per week at each location; for a total of 16-20 hours/per week. Monday-Friday, work days and hours are flexible. Start times can begin as early as 6:00 AM.

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for:
  • The organization and maintenance of all medical records within the outpatient division as directed by the Medical Records Supervisor.
  • The assembly of client charts.
  • Making copies of clinical and other forms that are used in the medical record.
  • Accurately maintaining the medical record filing system.
  • Organizing and pulling charts for Medical and Psychiatric appointments daily.
  • Demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility property.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in clerical support and office filing, particularly in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Basic computer experience is preferred.
