Job description
Mercy Primary Care is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) Medical Receptionist/Patient Access Rep to join our team.

Overview:

The Patient Access Representative is often the first point of contact for our patients and therefore must represent Mercy with the highest standard of customer service, compassion and perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy service standards.
  • Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Street Location: Northwest Expressway/Piedmont, Yukon, OK
  • Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education
  • Health/Dental/Vision available after day one
  • Annual contribution of $100 per month to eligible co-workers enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA

Qualifications:
  • PAR I: 1-3 years clerical experience preferred.
  • PAR II: 1-2 years clerical experience required, some college preferred.
  • High School diploma required some college helpful.
  • Experience with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with various computers systems; Ability to use a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard.
