Job Summary: Assists the Plastic Surgeon and Medical Aesthetician during patient consultations and follow-ups, clerical duties, patient flow, patient care and procedures.

Principal Duties:

- Prepares the examination room. Escorts patient into the room. Maintains efficient patient flow. Cleans examination room when exam is complete.

- Prepares pertinent information needed for patient visit.

- Stock, order, and rotate medical supplies as needed.

- Utilize and maintain the practice imaging technology to monitor, measure, and refine client patient outcomes.

- Must be comfortable taking photographs of patients pre-operative and post-operative.

- Prepare and maintain relevant patient equipment and instrument sterilization.

- Obtains vital signs: BP, temp, pulse, height & weight accurately and completely as required. Documents appropriately in EHR.

- Appropriately adheres to universal safety precautions when disposing of medical waste.

- Ensure that all patients receive exceptional service and have a comfortable and pleasant experience.

- Ability to abide by HIPPA and respect client confidentiality

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to work with little to no supervision

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects

· Willingness to perform other essential operational tasks as they arise in support of practice staff

Basic Qualifications:

- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows 10

- Bilingual not required, but is a plus (Spanish)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
