BackFit Health + Spine is a Multidisciplinary Medical Clinic utilizing Chiropractic/Medical/Physical Therapy/Nutrition and Massage looking for an EXPERIENCED full time dedicated BACK OFFICE medical assistant who has high energy and works well with others!
With 10 Valley locations we have continued to grow and look to add another incredible person to our already amazing TEAM!
This position is currently hiring for our Surprise Location.
Duties Include: (but not limited to)
- -Greet patients and control/direct patient flow in office
- -Coordinate Back Office Medical Department (will be cross trained for front office as well)
- -Answer, direct phone calls and schedule patients visits
- -Blood Draws
- -Coordinating supplies for medical providers each morning
- -Assist Medical Providers with procedures- NCV/EMG, Neuropathy, Allergy Testing, Blood Draws, Ultrasounds, Weight loss programs, PRP, Regen Medicine, Botox etc (training provided where needed)
- -Create new patients charts
- -General understanding of insurance
- -Coordinating schedules
- -General Office maintenance/clean-up
- -EMR and data entry
- -Microsoft Word and Excel
- -Ordering supplies/Restocking supplies when necessary
- -Set up clinic for patients
Qualifications:
- -A friendly team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- -Well organized and pays attention to details
- -Coachable
- -A natural born LEADER! Goal motivated!
- -A good listener
- -Proficient with basic computer skills
- -Blood draw experience
- -Punctual
Compensation:
- Salary Starting $17-21hr DOE Plus Bonuses
