Description:

The mechanical assembler will be working in the caves doing mechanical upfitting on Ford Transitvans. They will be working on the Spectrum cable van. These assemblers will be installing shelving units and pre assembling them as well. Must have good hand and power tool knowledge and able to read blue prints. Prior experience from other upfitting companies such as: Adrian Steel, Knapheide, Auto Truck, Spartan, Kranz, Custom Truck. Are all pluses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals with good hand and power tool experience. (impact drills, screw drivers, and must be able to read tape measures) If they have worked at other upfitting or automotive facilities, will be a good fit. Lube techs are good fits too! MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 year of mechanical assembly. Will be doing up to 20-30 vans a day.
