Colson Group USA is seeking a Material Handler for the Saint Joesph manufacturing location.

Preferred candidates will have prior training and experience in the operation of material handling equipment.

The position summary: Be a member of a team with the responsibility to maintain efficient flow of material in to the warehouse and out of assembly associated with proper placement of material as required. Place components received into inventory in the warehouse and ensure that product is removed from assembly for shipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive materials and place into inventory using proper systems and transactions

• Retrieve finished goods to be shipped from the assembly area and ship using proper systems and transactions

• Transacting material movement into Epicor to ensure inventory accuracy

• Must be able to operate material handling equip (Stand Up Lifts)

EXPERIENCE (at least 6 months to 1 year of each of the below)

• Knowledge of product movement in and out of a warehouse/factory

• Operation of material handling equipment

• Understanding the importance of accurate inventory transactions

• 1-2 years preferred experience working with other departments and leads to achieve goals

**EDUCATION

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associates degree preferred.

**SKILLS

• Previously trained, or able to be trained in the operation of material handling equipment

• Knowledge of basic mathematical skills

• Ability to use or be trained on the use of RF scanner and tablets

• Knowledge and ability to use ERP systems such as Epicor

• Maintain quality service on all transactions and follow organizational standards

• Good work ethic
