Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• The whole Chinese merchant onboarding process lies in your responsibility
• You provide all-round support to Chinese merchants in operational and technical challenges/ issues
• You monitor the sellers' service performance based on the predefined service KPIs and proactively support sellers on improvement
• You convert merchants’ ideas into great new features
• You develop new processes and continuously optimize the existing ones
• You work closely with other departments like Product Management, Customer Service, and Tech-Development
• You work together with international colleagues to learn and to accelerate your success

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have a university degree in business related flields
• You have outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese, English and German (C1)
• You have experience in Account Management, Customer Support or Inside Sales (B2C or B2B)
• You are familiar with Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
• You have a proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality
• You love inspiring other people
