WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Orchestrate campaigns in HubSpot including the set-up and back-end workflows needed to effectively launch and measure marketing activities.
  • Work closely with growth teams to support lead generation campaigns across customer, franchise and contractor segments to ensure accurate execution, tool alignment, and lead quality.
  • Drive database segmentation, lead management, lead scoring, lead nurturing programs, and overall funnel metrics.
  • Support account-based marketing programs and SDR performance through account research, system data accuracy, and technology deployments.
  • Manage reporting including ROI calculations and KPIs, marketing dashboards, conversion tracking, and campaign insights.
  • Own marketing tech stack including tools and systems that enable intelligent decisions using data to accelerate acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Improve, monitor, and maintain marketing data quality, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve scalable processes across systems that ensure best practices for the marketing team to perform optimally in respective roles.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Desired Education and/or Experience:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology or services environment.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot and how 3rd party integrations and APIs can help enable marketing automation.
  • Competent with marketing processes including marketing automation, account-based marketing, campaign execution, and lead nurturing.
  • A desire to test continuously, learn, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with a variety of martech tools including Hubspot, ZoomInfo Marketing OS, WebFlow, CallRail, OpenSense, SE Ranking, Google Analytics, Zapier, and ClickUp.
  • BA Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, English or related field
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing multimedia projects including video, audio and web events preferred
