Manager Surgical Services - Southern California
Clark and Company has partnered with one of the largest health systems in the United States for one of their facilities in Southern California.
This 382-Bed Hospital provides a variety of surgical services to a community nestled in the beautiful hills of East Ventura County, north of LA. The position reports to the VP of Surgical Services and COO of the hospital and would oversee 17 OR Suites and around 140 FTEs.
Director Surgical Services
17 OR Suites - 10 at the main hospital ( 7 General, 2 Open Heart, 1 Cysto room), surgical hospital (7 OR suite & 1 Cysto Room)
Los Robles Regional Hospital is a Level 2 Trauma Center
20 Open hearts a month - Would like to grow this more.
General, Total Joints, vascular, spine, robotics
Pediatric Surgeon available
400-450 cases a month at Main
220-240 cases a month at the surgical hospital
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing Required
Masters Highly Preferred
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Current California RN license
Current BLS, PALS, ACLS certification from American Heart Association required.
