Harold Seltzer's Steakhouse is a long established business in Port Richey, FL 34668. We are collaborative and customer-centric.
We are a successful, high volume, fast paced, family-owned steakhouse with multiple locations, currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager at our Port Richey location
Qualifications
You are/you have/you can:
*Motivated, work at a high energy level and have a passion for the industry and its long hours
*Guest first mentality and are hospitality driven
*Effectively lead, train and direct staff
*Hands on individual that will work with staff to provide an exceptional experience for our guests
*Self-manage and make responsible decisions
*Be responsible for assisting with restaurant operations including inventory, ordering, food and labor costs, scheduling, hiring
*Stable work history and would like to make a long term commitment
Minimum Requirements
*5 Years full-service high-volume Restaurant experience (both FOH and BOH a plus)
*No criminal record and willing to submit to background check
*Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, Office and Outlook and general admin duties
*Drug Free
*Can give short notice to current employer
*Have ServSafe Certification
