Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d) I Temporary parental leave replacement

For our headquarters in Maintal near Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d) with immediate effect and limited for one year to support our central Investor Relations tasks.

Your tasks:

As Manager Investor Relations you will actively contribute to the conception and preparation of the annual report as well as the interim reports of NORMA Group SE. Ideally, you also already have experience in the creation and maintenance of online annual reports as well as in project management cooperation.

Further operational activities in the IR day-to-day business:

• Handling investor and analyst inquiries
• Handling mandatory publications (including voting rights announcements, directors' dealings and ad hoc announcements)
• Involvement in the implementation of the Annual General Meeting
• Participation in the structural development of the IR website

Your profile:

• Completed studies, preferably in the field of economics
• Professional experience in investor relations or financial communications and/or other capital market-related areas (e.g. consulting firm)
• Experience in external reporting (ideally in a listed company) and in the preparation of online annual reports
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Numerical affinity/skill
• Very good MS Office skills
