Your responsibilities
- Management of the corporate treasury including management and budget responsibility
- Development of the corporate treasury strategy as well as definition of internal/external guidelines including follow-up
- Design and management of structures, models and processes in the treasury, including with regard to M&A and further digitalisation with IT systems
- Group-wide management of liquidity, hedging, cash (pooling) and foreign exchange effects as well as their optimisation
- Advising management on the negotiation of credit agreements and monitoring the terms of the agreements
- Implementation and further development of risk controlling and reporting
- Accounting of financial instruments and preparation of financial analyses and reports
- Relationship building and maintenance with stakeholders, especially banks and investors
- Advising our international subsidiaries and working in cross-divisional projects
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in treasury or risk controlling in an international industrial company, possibly with leadership
- Understanding of complex issues in B2B banking, corporate banking, cash management, foreign exchange trading and interest rate hedging, liquidity planning
- Experienced with treasury systems
- Basic knowledge of IFRS, HBG and taxes
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SAP FI/CO
- Fluent in business German and English
- Analytical, conceptual, structured working style paired with an interdisciplinary, entrepreneurial mindset
- IT affinity, implementation strength with high urgency as well as presentation skills
- Self-reliant, proactive and dynamic team player with intercultural competence, result/detail orientation
- Talent for internal networking
- Strong communication skills and integrity
