Department: ANCC Certification
Salary Hiring Range: $83,000- 100,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
FLSA: Exempt
Career Summary:
The Manager, Certification Analysts is responsible for the daily management of the Certification Analysts in the Certification work unit. Responsibilities include using available metrics to ensure that staffing levels are sufficient to meet the daily business and workflow needs, providing orientation training for new staff and ongoing training for current staff, and advocating for the resources needed to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Certification.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience, Master’s degree preferred.
Related Work Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of related experience with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience, preferred.

- Ability to critically think and collaboratively build solutions in a politically sensitive, high visibility work environment.
- Ability to recognize and address business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Interpersonal skills and political sensitivity with ability to interact with and influence executive level individuals, consultants, vendors, volunteers and customers to recognize and address sensitivities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and demanding workload.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and appreciate cultural differences and meet the needs of individuals and organizations from different cultures.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Healthcare background and familiarity with provider issues.
- Knowledge in coalition building process and the ability to negotiate.
- Expert meeting facilitation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid: Employees are considered Hybrid if they are regularly scheduled to work in at least 20% of their work week or work month in an ANA Enterprise Office.
Hybrid employees are expected to travel to the office when requested and/or when necessary to achieve results or meet business needs.

- The ANA Enterprise will hire primarily from the District of Columbia (DC), Maryland (MD), and Virginia (VA).
