Job Title: Retail Fragrance Kiosk Manager

Salary: $14/hour

Lèlior, a new fragrance company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Fragrance Kiosk Manager to join our team. As the Retail Fragrance Kiosk Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kiosk, selling our products, and executing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the fragrance kiosk, including inventory management, scheduling, and sales reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them select and purchase the right products.
• Manage the fragrance kiosk's budget, including monitoring and controlling expenses.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Hire, train, and manage fragrance kiosk staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate and execute promotional events to increase sales and attract new customers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in retail, preferably in fragrance or beauty products.
• Experience in managing a retail location.
• Passion for fragrance and a strong knowledge of the fragrance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
