Crab du Jour at Magnolia Park is looking to add on to their team a candidate who has strong work ethic along with strong leadership skills. This candidate will help insure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently to provide all of the guests with an excellent experience during their visit here. Responsibilities include:

Create & Communicate weekly FOH Schedules/ Track Hours

Create & Place Weekly Bar Order through all vendors

Hire, Train & Manage FOH Staff as needed

Monitor quality of food, service & presentation

Interact with guests/ Solicit guest feedback

Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraint requires

Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement

Create weekly bar specials/ seasonal menu items

Communicate with all other management and staff for a smooth flow of operations on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
