Stichler Properties, LLC is hiring for a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor to maintain four commercial properties that they own, operate, and manage.

• Primrose School at West Maple – 16015 Evans Street
• Primrose School of La Vista – 8202 S 97thPlaza

What You Will Do

Lead the charge for maintenance excellence for four commercial properties. Currently we have one multi-tenant office building and three educational childcare properties that are in need of a qualified Maintenance Technician. Communicate effectively and timely with management at all locations to address service needs.

• Communicate effectively and timely with ownership to address service needs.
• Respond to work orders in a timely order with the highest level of quality
• Schedule and prioritize your week at each location
• Repair, replace and maintain fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment
• Property grounds cleanup and maintenance.
• Paint, repair drywall
• Change locks as needed
• Inspect our childcare school buses on a monthly basis
• Work with a list of preferred vendors and establish relationships with new vendors to secure optimal pricing on materials.
• Develop a good working relationship with tenants of our office building.
• Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 pounds

What You Will Need

• Great time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal management oversight
• Three years of related experience (construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, rehabs)
• HVAC license preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Valid Driver License, reliable transportation and valid insurance required
• Personal Smart Phone is necessary in this position
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred
• Ability to uphold the Company Vision and Values
• You will be required to provide your own hand tools and power tools.
• Some tools available, specialty tools provided by company as needed
