Maintenance Person/Maintenance

This position will focus on plumbing, landscaping/grounds care and general maintenance.
Candidate must have experience with light commercial plumbing.

Other responsibilities will include grounds, HVAC and maintenance work.

Candidate must be able to work by themselves as well as with a team, climb a ladder, and work indoors and outdoors

Responsibilities

• Some grounds work
• Plumbing, HVAC and maintenance work depending on skills
• Use of a computer to complete work orders
• Any miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Director

Skills

· Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role

· Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment, tools and landscaping equipment

· Attention to detail and conscientiousness

· Very good physical condition and strength

· High school diploma is preferred, but not required

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
