Car Pros Automotive is seeking a qualified Building Maintenance Technician for our dealerships. We are looking for an experienced person in the field of building maintenance and general repairs with a positive attitude. Must be willing to work at all locations as needed (Renton and Tacoma).

Duties will include general repairs such as:

• Drywall / Texture, Painting, Ceramic tile / Grout repair, Floor & Cove Base Repairs,
• Door Install / Repair, Ceiling Tiles, General Installations, Cabinet Repair, Shelving,
• Electrical, Plumbing and Other areas as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of Maintenance Experience
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Professional knowledge of tools and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service

This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance values to our properties. Duties will include: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, monitor and maintain vendors for all building systems. Must be organized and work independently.
