Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Works in all areas of the campus.
- Moves intermittently during working hours.
- Is subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reschedule maintenance activities.
- Aids in the overall maintenance of the facility
- Painting and sealing surfaces
- Landscaping
- Snow removal
- Appliance Repair
- Help with cleaning when necessary
- Flooring maintenance
- Moving furniture
- General upkeep of the campus and all working parts
- Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
Maintenance Technician Education
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
Maintenance Technician Experience
- 1-5 years experience
