Company Overview:

Yellow Dream Farm is a fully vertical state of the art 30,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility based in Adelanto, CA. We are committed in growing boutique quality cannabis. We are currently seeking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing TEAM at Yellow Dream Farm.

Position Overview:

We are looking to employ a Maintenance Supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance with a minimum of 5 years or more of maintenance experience. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating with installation, maintenance, and repair work in building. Executes work as necessary and maintains equipment.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance tasks on building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems
• Including painting and repairing
• Plumbing which included clearing stoppages and/or replacing filters
• General carpentry work such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, ceramic tile repair, fitting doors, freeing window and door jams, and light woodwork
• Low voltage electrical repairs which include; appliances, air conditioning, heating, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuits
• HVAC experience (Certification a plus)
• Janitorial duties which include; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying community trash bins, cleaning windows, and laundry
• Record keeping accuracy with preventative maintenance
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and operating manuals
• Daily communication with Manager of work orders and status reporting
• Responds to after-hours on site emergency situations as necessary
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be available to work weekends
• Consistently operates in an efficient manner
• Complies with all SOP’s
• Reliable transportation
• Following direct orders from Management/Supervisors
• Any other duties that may be assigned
• Work scheduled 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
