We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Maintenance Person to join our team. The right candidate should be able to perform all maintenance tasks and handle repairs effectively, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing and/or HVAC work. The Maintenance Person should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and systems. Be able to inspect buildings for safety hazards, violations of health codes, maintenance needs, and equipment malfunctions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
