Maintenance, Grounds, and Home Renovation

Pay: Competitive

Where: Kensington Place Manufactured Home Community

Hours 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F

On call for Emergencies after business hours

Experience: Some experience preferred in basic residential home construction - Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electric

Other Req. Must be in good physical condition, able to lift and carry construction materials and walk throughout the community reading water meters. Must also be able to drive plow trucks and willing to learn to plow.

When: Immediate

Must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
