Carry out assigned duties and operate designated machinery to produce components in adherence to established quantity and quality standards. Accountable for manufacturing components, visually examining them, and packaging them to ensure high-quality products.

Primary Functions

Duties may involve one or more of the following:

• Comprehend and retain knowledge of Quality Procedures along with Work Instructions

• Proficient in operating at least 50% of the machines

• Adept at operating numerous conveyors simultaneously

• Carry out secondary operations and/or rework as directed

• Examine components for flaws, and guarantee accuracy of carton quantities

• Scrutinize the carton label for accuracy and position it on the carton

• Observe all safety policies and keep a clean and efficient workplace

• Inform Supervisors, Team Leads, and other shift operators of happenings/issues that arise

• Approve the Training Log in the mold book

• Supervisor may request additional duties

• Be punctual and attend regularly

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have the capacity to read and comprehend written information

• Comply with policies and procedures

• Monitor their work to ensure quality

• Meet productivity criteria

• Use equipment and materials appropriately

Physical Requirements

• Be able to lift 35 lbs

• Have manual dexterity

• Ability to stand for 10 hours, lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing

• Must be able to visually detect defects

Proficiency in the following is preferred:

• Quality Inspection Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Injection Molding Experience
