Sacramento Post-Acute is a 5-Star 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility. Our wonderful staff provide a range of services that include trach care, ventilator management (sub-acute wing), wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and daily living care for long-term patients. To support you and ensure your success we provide desk nurses, 2 treatment nurses, a nurse practitioner, 24/7 respiratory therapists, a Therapy MD and many other managerial clinical staff.

We currently have an LVN Charge Nurse opening on the NOC shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). We are a teaching facility so you can be sure that you will receive excellent hands-on training.

This is an opportunity for you to include the subacute experience that hospitals and RN schools like to see as part of your work history.

We also have 3 CNA schools and 3 LVN schools that perform their clinical rotations at our facility.

For a short time, we are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus.
