We are seeking a highly professional Luxury Sales Consultant to join a high end Jewelry Brand located near Tysons Corner, VA. The Luxury Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of luxury products.

Compensation:

$48,000 - $52,000 Yearly + Uncapped Commission

**$5,000 Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-end clientele through personalized communication and exceptional service.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to clients, aligning with their preferences and lifestyle.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the luxury brand and its values through genuine and professional interactions.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
• Attend sales and product training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in a luxury retail or high-end service environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of luxury products and brands.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• High energy and genuine attitude towards building professional relationships with clients.
