Job description
Advancing Opportunities, an affiliate with Apis Services, is seeking a Part-Time LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to work in Burlington County, Westampton NJ group home.
Weekend every other Sat / Sun Shift is 4 hours a day based on need
Provide vital medical care and oversight, insuring the health and safety of our residents with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Use your nursing skills and compassion to make a difference by helping our residents gain daily living skills, greater independence and autonomy, enhancing the quality of life for them.
Requirements:
- Current State of New Jersey LPN license
- One or more years of experience providing nursing services to individuals with disabilities
- Experience with Bolus feedings, G-Tubes, and Suprapubic Catheters
- Excellent writing skills, and the ability to present facts and recommendations effectively
- Able to accurately calculate medication dosages
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
