Continuum is currently in need of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a 10-year-old female Trach/Vent GJ-tube patient (Lift in Home).

Requirements:

• Valid IL Nursing license or have IL application in process
• Successfully pass a background check
• Current American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
