We are growing in the downtown / north East Nashville area and looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Home Health LPN, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current state license
• One (1) year of nursing experience
• Skilled nursing, assisted living, home health or private duty experience a plus
