We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent LPN to join our team in the medical industry. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in assisted living, long-term care, residential, and geriatric settings. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medical procedures and surgeries as needed
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Communicate with patients' families and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patients' conditions
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, residential, and geriatric settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
