We are now hiring dedicated CDL-A truck drivers to operate in SD, MN, NE and IA.

DAILY HOME TIME, WEEKLY RESET

$1400 WEEKLY AVERAGE (gross)

3 Months of experience is required!

Must live within 40 miles of Volga.

Shift Details:

- Accounts run 24/7/365

- Drivers assigned to a route work on a “182 day” schedule.

-- This means drivers have a partner that shares a truck with them on your days off

-- The rotation is 5 days on - 4 days off, 5 days on - 5 days off, 4 days on and 5 days off then start over

-- This will set drivers to work two weekends then off two weekends

- There will be extra work to pick up on days off for extra earning potential. Account maintains DOT hours.

- Routes take approx. 12 hours up to 14 hours

Position Details:

• Drivers are responsible for picking up milk, via a milk pump tanker, from multiple farms per day and delivering to multiple processing plants.
• Every time a driver picks up from a farm, they are required to follow state regulations for milk hauling.
• The driver will have up to 3 “routes” per day. Each time they deliver to a processing plant will constitute a “route"
• The driver is responsible for hooking up the pumper lines at both the pickup and the receiving plants and operating the pumper tanker to move the milk to and from the tanker
• Drivers are responsible for truck and trailer washes. Frequency varies based on route.

Physical Requirements:

• 70% of the day is sitting driving to farms and plant.
• 10% is lifting a 50 ft hose with a 2 ½ diameter and at times lifting to chest height
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 12 feet to the top of a tanker truck or a milk tank silo
• Ability to turn head to check blind spots while driving
• Using a wrench to tighten or loosen nuts on farm hoses.
• Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times a day
• 20% is walking and bending at waist to ground and lifting arms above head

Tanker Endorsement is REQUIRED!

Other requirements:

No more than three tickets or accidents in the last three years, no DUI/DWI in the last five years and no criminal charges within the last ten years.

No more than 6 jobs in 3 years.
