Front End Loader Operators Wanted
SRM Concrete is a family owned and operated ready-mix company founded by Melissa and Mike Hollingshead in 1999. Smyrna Ready Mix was founded for the purpose of providing superior customer service. Through hard work and the grace of God, Smyrna Ready Mix grew. Our company continues to expand, but our mission to provide every customer with quality concrete and unmatched service remains the same.
We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Loader Operator with at least 1 Year Experience. If you are interested in joining a growing company then talk with us. We need a Dependable Loader Operator for our Concrete Plants. A safe working history is a must! We are open work 6 days a week, you work every other Saturday. We have Saturday bonuses.
Competitive starting pay will be based upon experience level. A 90 day probation period exists for new employees, and then healthcare and 401K benefits are available. Benefits include Health insurance, Vacation, Paid Time-Off (PTO), Vison, Dental and Life Insurance, plus STD & LTD.
