JOB SUMMARY The Linen Specialist is responsible for:
- Upholding Next Level’s mission statement and attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
- The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our residents that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Responsibilities A successful Linen Specialist will be able to:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as folding, washing, sorting, and delivering linen
- Ensure all clean and soiled rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify supervisor on any damages, deficits, and disturbance
- Deal with responsible complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all linen and make sure adequate levels are on hand
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Linen Specialist and knowledge of infection prevention
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer oriented and positive friendly attitude
• Prioritization and time management skills • Working quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of English language
- High school or GED
- Customer service skills

- Standing up to 95% of the time
- Lifting and carrying 50% of time (up to 50 lbs)
- Pushing and pulling 25% of the time (up to 50 lbs)
