We are looking to add new team members at our Mount Pleasant OAKLAND MARKET location.

• This location is now open and we are looking for candidates to commit to several key positions now.
• The position includes food prep and execution
• Prior experience working in a kitchen is not required, but is ideal. This is a fast paced prep and cooking position.
• Our entire menu is prepped and executed in-house.
• Flexible schedules are available, but we are looking for someone to work on average 30-35 hours per week. (Operating hours are very reasonable, we close at 9pm on weekdays, 10pm on weekends, and 5pm on Sunday)
• Full-time and part-time positions are available. Morning and night positions as well.
• We have (3) locations here in Charleston, this position is for the MOUNT PLEASANT LOCATION AT OAKLAND MARKET ON HWY 17N.
• There will be opportunities for advancement.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

COVID-19 Precaution(s):

• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly
