The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. As a professional Line Cook, you will assist the Sous/Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu. With a preferred background in meal prep and/or fine dining, the successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sous/Executive Chef in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Ensure facility is left in great condition; maintain cleanliness of tools and kitchen gadgets
Qualifications
- 1+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
