Job Title: line cook

Place of Work: Kitchen

Job Summary: Prepare and cook food in accordance with club recipes and standard set forth by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Job Tasks:

• Prepares all required items as set forth by Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Sets up stations with needed items as per menu and service.
• Prepares items that are ordered in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
• Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages.
• Assists with the general daily cleaning of the kitchen.
• Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times.
• Sets-up, maintains and breaks down prep and cooking stations.
• Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
• Covers, dates and neatly stores all products that are re-usable.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Reports to: Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Supervises: There are no supervisory duties included with this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
