Traditions, LLC is a dynamic company committed to providing high-quality services in both holiday lighting and landscape/architectural lighting. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for our recurring holiday lighting clients and new lighting clients throughout the entire state of Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for the Project Designer as required
- Develop, finalize, and submit sales proposals to clients via the company CRM platform
- Monitor and follow up on sales proposals with clients to ensure timely responses
- Generate invoices for clients through the company CRM system
- Collaborate with the Project Designer to coordinate installation documentation
- Conduct in-person sales consultations and perform site surveys for potential projects
- Proactively engage in cold outreach to acquire new clients and expand the customer base
- Support the Sales Supervisor by assisting with general sales tasks or contributing to large-scale projects
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for coverage under the company's driver insurance policy
- Proficient email organization and management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and kindness
- Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to personal hygiene standards for client interactions
- In-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively support sales initiatives
- Compliance with the policies outlined in the company handbook

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
