RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

As a Licensed Psychologist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following:

• Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions
• Conduct therapy sessions with clients
• Develop a treatment plan customized based on each client's needs
• Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment
• Complete session notes promptly

REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Psychologist committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid California License
• Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
• Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
• Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
• Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
• Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
• Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws
• Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience*
• Credentialed with Carelon (Formerly Beacon Health Options)
• Spanish Speaking

Pay: $124,800.00 - $166,400.00 per year
