This position offers:

• $21.00/hr.
• PRN (Flexible) - May include Weekday, Weeknight, Weekend, & Holiday hours.
• A great opportunity to pick up extra hours around your full or part-time nursing position.

As a LPN or RN, you will provide care and treatment to individuals with a mental health (MH) diagnosis, which may include physical health issues/injuries and difficulty meeting their daily living activities at a Community Service Group (CSG) location. You will also:

• Take vital signs at admission on all clients and PRN thereafter.
• Enter medications into EHR for all admissions.
• Assist with medication refills.
• Assist with bloodwork/transport to lab/make sure to know if they need to be NPO.
• Assist individuals with connecting to medical and mental health providers.
• Schedule provider appointment.
• Accompany individuals to medical, mental health, and lab appointments as needed.
• Create, organize and run wellness groups.
• Work in a team environment to provide services.
• Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.
• Have a commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

• Have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience with mental health or dual diagnosis (MH/SA) preferred but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
• Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings and meetings.
• Ability to obtain clearances.
