Night Shift Available: Sign-on Bonus!

Are you a compassionate, highly qualified and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a love for providing outstanding care and customer service? Do you want to work in the heart of Chicago in luxury residential community while making a difference in the lives of people? If so, then The Clare, the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Gold Coast area, wants you! We are seeking Full-Time LPNs to work in our Skilled Nursing Unit.

This Full-Time role is eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus, provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. $2500 will be paid out after 90 days of employment. The second installment will be paid out after the completion of 6 months of employment. Should you or the company at any time prior to your 90 days feel that this is not a fit for you or us, the second payment will be forfeited. Former associates of six months or less are not eligible.

Available Shift: 6:30PM-7AM

Salary: $35-$36 per hour

All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.

All positions in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status. Please note that all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Requirements:– Must have current, valid LPN licensure in the state of Illinois– Must have at least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.– Must have current CPR certification.– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.– High level of professionalism and customer service.
