JOB SUMMARY
The Licensed Customer Service Representative position is a licensed, entry level position designed to provide experience, training and development for NMLS licensed individuals who want to establish a career in Sales as a Mortgage Consultant.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- Active NMLS Unique Identifier #
- Active Colorado mortgage license (Additional Licenses a plus)
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to speak professionally on the phone in a high-volume environment
- Proficient to advanced computer literacy skills including Window OS, MS Office, Gmail and GSuite
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer inbound customer calls to identify what the customer is looking to accomplish
- Taking a complete 1003 URLA Application
- Set appointments for the senior mortgage consultants
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of all income and application documentation
- Complete outbound calls to customers to complete the application and move the file forward
- Will need to be flexible to work different shifts; weekday, evening, and weekend (MST); 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work between the hours of 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. MST (weekdays)
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. MST (rotating weekends)
Compensation for this role is $17.31 an hour + a monthly production based bonus
