Role and Responsibilities

Marlow White Uniforms is looking for a friendly and highly motivated customer service representative.

This position involves positive and professional engagement with customers over phone, email, and live chat. Although this position is primarily phone-centric, it includes building customer orders, processing purchases, notifying of sold out items, problem solving for customers on a short timeline or with errors on shipments, and supporting other functions within Marlow White as needed. Knowledge of Military uniform items is a benefit, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.

The full-time position is M-F 8:30am – 5pm. The hours for a part time position would be discussed during an in-person interview.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Some college coursework
  • Customer service, problem solving, multi-tasking and phone skills
  • Exceptional work ethic (honesty, integrity, reliability…etc.)
  • Listening skills, a must for resolving conflict with customers
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills
  • Accurate typing skills and proficiency with computers is necessary - Microsoft Office software
