This full-time permanent position will report to our Delray Beach, FL office. Candidate must currently reside in Florida and be within commuting distance of this location.
Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to client inquiries via telephone and email correspondence with the highest quality standards
- Resolve urgent, sensitive, and confidential issues with discretion and integrity
- Provides excellent customer service support for all emails, high volume inbound/outbound calls, or other forms of communication and displays a high level of professionalism at all times
- Responsible for creating and administering applications within our database management system promptly within established timeframes, procedures, and policies
- Process requests/submissions of confidential documents and generate quality assurance reports required for advance evaluation/approval
- Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of day-to-day operations and provide department coverage when necessary
- Ability to effectively present information and provide appropriate updates daily
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
- Typing, proofreading, and editing documents; filing, faxing, copying, handling incoming mail, and other office duties
- Provide a positive, warm, and welcoming presence to all visitors and clients
- Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
Required Skills
- Associate degree in marketing, Business, Criminal Justice, or similar OR minimum of 2 years of high volume call center experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a high-volume Call Center is required.
- Familiarity with litigation, specialty finance, legal procedures and protocols, and the court system.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and ownership of work.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter, team player, able to maintain effective working relationships.

- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift ten or fewer pounds
